A bio-based waterproofing agent created with sodium silicate, that is enzymatically modified to chemically bond to concrete. With the introduction of water, this product increases in mass and forms a gel that encapsulates the water. This vapor permeable gel fills cracks, pores, and voids in the concrete, creating a long-term barrier to water infiltration.
